Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience managing enterprise wireless networks (Wi‑Fi/WLAN)
• Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and APs
• Knowledge of VLAN segmentation, RF optimization, site surveys
• DoW 8570.01-M or SPIN-C certification required; CCNA/CWNP beneficial

Responsibilities

• Manage functionality and efficiency of computers running one or more OS
• Maintain workflows, upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation
• Leverage experience in systems management, monitoring, and sustainment
• Train end users on hardware and software usage
• Conduct hardware/software audits to ensure standards compliance
• Ensure security and performance meet user needs
