Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait seeks a Mechanical Supervisor to lead maintenance on gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps and related equipment. The role requires overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards, and driving equipment reliability across on-site operations.

You will manage requisitions, supervise maintenance personnel, maintain equipment history, and generate daily/ monthly performance reports, while coordinating activities for safe and efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps and other Oil & Gas equipment.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps and other Oil & Gas equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in Oil & Gas or similar industrial facilities.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.
