Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking an Electrical Supervisor in Kuwait to oversee electrical maintenance for oilfield equipment. You will supervise maintenance personnel, ensure accurate records, and coordinate work orders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5 years supervisory experience (gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps) or a Diploma with 10 years, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Monitor work orders to ensure accurate recording of manpower, materials, failures, and maintenance activities.
• Track maintenance activities and report manpower, spare parts, and resource utilization.
• Support effective planning and execution of electrical maintenance activities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and issue periodic maintenance and progress reports.

Qualification Requirements

2. OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in the maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other equipment in the Oil & Gas industry.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and work order management.
4. Experience maintaining maintenance records and equipment history.
5. Strong leadership, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
