Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait seeks a Mechanical Supervisor to lead maintenance activities for gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps and related equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operations on site.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and HSE knowledge, and the ability to coordinate maintenance teams, maintain records, and deliver reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years supervisory experience in maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other Oil & Gas equipment.
• OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years supervisory experience in maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other Oil & Gas equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in Oil & Gas or similar industrial facilities.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
