Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait seeks an Instrumentation Supervisor to lead maintenance of instrumentation and control systems on site. You will oversee a team, plan preventive maintenance, coordinate spares, and ensure HSE-compliant practices. Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills are essential.

The role requires 6+ years in instrumentation and control maintenance in oil & gas or petrochemical environments, with a degree or 5+ years as a senior technician for diploma holders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years in instrumentation and control maintenance in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical sectors.
• Diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior Technician.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly work schedules for preventive maintenance and planned activities.
• Initiate requisitions for spare parts, tools, test equipment, and maintenance materials.
• Supervise and coordinate instrumentation and control maintenance personnel.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and instrument logs.
• Coordinate manpower and material requirements for preventive, corrective, breakdown, and overhaul activities.
• Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform and supervise maintenance of instrumentation, control systems, and protective devices.
• Coordinate instrument repair, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor audit findings and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.
• Prepare maintenance reports and track manpower, spare parts, and resource utilization.

2. OR Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior Technician.
3. Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Experience with maintenance planning, work scheduling, spare parts, and resource management.
5. Strong leadership, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
