Job summary

Hilton Kuwait is seeking an experienced Engineer to maintain hotel facilities, ensuring safety and smooth operation of guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas. The role focuses on reliable systems and a warm guest experience.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry tasks, respond to service requests promptly, and document inspections to keep the property at peak standards and safety for all guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and guest‑facing environments.
• Ability to perform multi-trade maintenance tasks with safety as a priority.
• Proven problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities ensuring safety and functionality of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.

• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
