Job summary

Sahara Kuwait Resort is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee periodic facility inspections, schedule and allocate work, and mentor maintenance staff. You will supervise technicians during installations, repairs or maintenance, and ensure building systems (electrical, heating, HVAC) are functioning safely and efficiently.

Bring strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, budgeting awareness, and leadership skills to contribute to the maintenance budget and inventory control while

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of building systems (electrical, heating, etc.)
• Familiarity with health & safety practices/regulations
• Budgeting and performance management experience preferred
• Strong planning and leadership abilities required
• Attention to detail and numerical aptitude desired

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians
• Supervise technicians during installations, repairs or maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.)
• Contribute to development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Coordinate and supervise construction/renovation projects
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
