Job summary
Faisal Trade Impex Corp. is seeking a Facilities & Building Maintenance Manager for hotel operations. The candidate will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, BMS, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable hotel infrastructure.
Hotel experience is mandatory; prior facilities management in hotels is preferred. Salary is Kuwait Dinar 350–450 with free accommodation and visa support; online interview is offered.
Qualifications
- Hotel facilities maintenance experience required.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems.
- Familiar with BMS and preventive maintenance programs.
