Client of Limitless Recruitment seeks an experienced Head Chef to join a premium Mediterranean/Greek fine-dining restaurant in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will bring GCC fine-dining experience and a proven track record leading a high-caliber kitchen in a luxury operation.

Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, hands-on leadership, and excellence in food quality, hygiene and cost control are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef within a Fine Dining Mediterranean or Greek Fine Dining restaurant in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Mediterranean / Greek cuisine.
• Excellent English communication skills and leadership ability.
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a professional kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, hygiene and cost control.
• Creative, organised and hands-on leadership approach.
• Strong kitchen management and team leadership skills.
• Passport valid for a minimum of 2 years.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef within a Fine Dining Mediterranean or Greek Fine Dining restaurant in the GCC
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Mediterranean / Greek cuisine
• Must have a solid background in Mediterranean Fine Dining Restaurants
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a professional kitchen team
• Strong knowledge of food quality, consistency, hygiene and cost control
• Creative, organised and hands-on leadership approach
• Strong kitchen management and team leadership skills
• Passport valid for a minimum of 2 years
