Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Channel Sales Specialist for Artificial Lift (On Demand Solutions) in Kuwait. You will drive sales growth, develop market strategies and build relationships with key industry players across Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.

The role requires strong technical knowledge in artificial lift, channel sales expertise and a proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals while coordinating multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 5 years of experience in Sales of Artificial lift Equipment.
• Minimum of 3 years in channel sales.
• Technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole instrumentation.
• Experience with Zenith products is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Provide sales and technical support for Zenith products to On-demand Solutions customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and contribute to sales strategies for the ODS team.
• Assist in pricing frameworks and negotiate deals locally.
• Handle diverse clients in the MENATI region.

As a Lead Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in the countries of Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Handling the Sales and Technical support of Zenith products. This product line requires good technical knowledge of downhole gauge and upper completions to provide after sales support for our On-demand solutions customers.
• Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of the ODS team.
• Contributing to frameworks for pricing and conditions and be able to negotiate individual deals local to your territory.
• Handling diverse clients in the MENATI region.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have 5 years of experience in Sales of Artificial lift Equipment (Downhole, instrumentation or completion tools)
• Have a minimum of 3 years in channel sales
• Have an experience in Zenith products is preferred
• Have a technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole instrumentation.
• Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem-identification and solution skills.
• Have a proven analytical and organizational ability.
• Able to influence others.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
