Job summary

Go Studios Group, Kuwait Advertising & Digital Marketing agency, is seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to lead new business development in Kuwait. You will approach potential clients, present marketing solutions, negotiate proposals, and close deals, building strong relationships with business owners and marketing leads.

You will actively prospect, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns from signed agreement to execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Identify potential clients and independently develop new business opportunities.
• CRM experience and sales reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across Kuwait through proactive prospecting and business development.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and client meetings.
• Present and sell influencer marketing, digital marketing, UGC, content creation, and advertising services.
• Build relationships with business owners, marketing managers, brand managers, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing, follow up on opportunities, and close deals.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed deals to campaign execution.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within Kuwait's advertising and marketing industry.
