Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait restaurant landscape.
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude and ability to meet monthly targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing a lead pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and pitch to new restaurants, collaborating with BD Managers to close deals and hit activity targets.
• Own your lead portfolio and manage the sales cycle for high conversion rates.
• Iterate inside sales workflows to keep Deliveroo Kuwait fastest-moving.
• Support cross-functional initiatives like field pitch days and restaurant marketing roll-outs.
• Provide local market insights to identify high-potential partners.
