Job summary

V2X Inc in Kuwait City is seeking a DFAC Manager to lead midlevel dining facilities serving 500 to 5000 personnel per meal. You will manage 40–90 staff, coordinate food storage, menu planning with Government Food Service Advisor, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (associates preferred), Serve-Safe certification, a US passport, and extensive experience in large-scale food operations, ideally in military settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Must hold Serve-Safe certification (Within 3 years).
• Must have a current U.S. Passport and a valid U.S. or local driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Must pass MOD18 employment and deployment qualification requirements (psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks).

Responsibilities

• Oversee food service operations for large facilities per shift.
• Manage 40–90 staff and supervise subsistence handling.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and food safety standards.
• Maintain records of receipts, storage, and stock levels.
• Coordinate with Government Food Service Advisor for menu planning.
• Operate STORES and inventory control systems.
