V2X is seeking a qualified Supervisor Food Service (Rations) to lead the Kuwait stock control and warehouse operations in support of WEXMAC. You will direct daily stock control, ensure meals are prepared on schedule, and maintain compliance in AFMIS/STAMIS systems.
The role requires CAC eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and strong English communication; at least 3 years in inventory/warehouse with supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s license and safety awareness.

Under direction of the Food Service Supervisor (PIC) & DFAC Manager, the Supervisor Food Service (Rations) Direct/Manage/Supervise and provide oversight to the warehouse staff processes and systems to ensure products are received, returned, and accounted for appropriately. Responsible for maintaining warehouse health and safety standards and for the security of the warehouse, yard and stock. Supervise, motivate, develop, and organize the warehouse staff. Monitor the and provide guidance on the daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management & team productivity. Responsible for the warehouse and yard setup layout and always ensure efficient space utilization. Ensure that the warehouse staff pull stockage and have ready for the next day’s meals in line with the scheduled menus. Supervise the warehouse staff to ensure that all stock deliveries are quality checked and tracked in the AFMIS system and STORES raising concerns on any discrepancies as soon as possible after receiving goods. Provide oversight to the warehouse staff to ensure that all stock items are dated and checked prior to being placed in storage. Supervise and monitor the returns of any product and associated paperwork coming back into the warehouse. Ensure any returns or damages are quarantined in line with company policies, work Instructions and/or procedures. Follow any guidance or additional duties assigned by your supervisors, Manager, and or Sr Management.
