DHL Kuwait is seeking an ACS Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for DHL Aviation Cargo Sales in Kuwait. This on-site role focuses on strategic sales and key account management to expand market share and profitability.

You will develop new ACS opportunities with freight forwarders and cargo customers, negotiate contracts, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize capacity and pricing while maintaining compliance with DHL policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in air cargo, airline, freight forwarding, aviation logistics, or cargo sales.
• Proven track record in business development and account management.
• Experience within international logistics, airline cargo, or express industry preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the ACS sales strategy for Kuwait in line with regional and global ACS objectives.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, volume, yield, and profitability targets through sales planning and execution.
• Identify, secure, and develop new ACS business opportunities with freight forwarders, consolidators, and key cargo customers.
• Grow existing customer portfolios through regular engagement, business reviews, and solution-based selling.
• Coordinate with ACS Capacity Management, Operations, Gateway, and MENA ACS teams to optimize capacity utilization.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage quotations, agreements, and proposals in line with guidelines.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
• Attend customer visits, industry events, and business development activities to promote DHL ACS services.
