Job summary

The World Bank Kuwait office seeks a Junior Service Delivery Analyst to deliver onsite IT support and drive digital transformation across GCC operations. You will actively troubleshoot hardware and software, manage user accounts and MFA, and enable remote access for regional offices.

You will leverage Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI-enabled tools to build dashboards, automate reports, and strengthen cybersecurity and data handling practices while maintaining asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support to office environments.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and AI-enabled automation is preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests from Kuwait office staff.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Zoom, and other enterprise applications.
• Configure workstations, user accounts, and MFA enrollment for new staff.
• Support VPN configuration and remote connectivity for hybrid working staff.
• Provide remote IT assistance to Abu Dhabi, Oman, and Qatar offices.
