Job summary

Teceze is seeking an experienced Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support across customer locations, troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, network connectivity and IT infrastructure while resolving incidents within SLAs.

Responsibilities include onsite L1/L2 support, diagnosing Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams issues, performing hardware installation and break/fix, and coordinating with remote teams and vendors. Travel between sites required.

Qualifications

• Freelance or onsite field IT support experience.
• Experience providing onsite L1/L2 IT support across client locations.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams.
• Knowledge of LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN/DNS/DHCP basics.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools and incident management.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support across customer locations. The role involves troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure issues while ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite L1/L2 IT support to end users and customer locations.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and application-related issues.
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, configuration, and break/fix activities.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues.
• Perform network cable/port testing and basic switch/router troubleshooting.
• Support IMAC activities – Install, Move, Add & Change.
• Install and configure operating systems, applications, drivers, and security updates.
• Support user account, password, and access-related issues, including basic Active Directory tasks.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Coordinate with remote L2/L3 teams, network teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain IT asset and configuration records.
• Prepare service reports and document troubleshooting activities and resolutions.
• Travel between customer/branch locations as required.
• Follow client security, change-management, and ITIL procedures.
