Job summary

The World Bank Kuwait Country Office is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Analyst to provide IT support and drive digital transformation for GCC operations. You will deliver on-site and remote IT support, build Power BI dashboards, and develop automated workflows using Power Platform tools to enhance portfolio monitoring, deliverable tracking, and budget management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with GCC Operations, hands-on IT troubleshooting, and capacity building for staff in Power BI,

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or service delivery role.
Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, data modeling and visualization design.
Experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate and/or applications using Power Apps.
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure Entra ID).
Experience with ITSM ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy).
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and iOS/macOS devices.

Responsibilities

End-User Technical Support: act as first point of contact for IT incidents, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, support Microsoft 365 apps and VPN connectivity.
Network and Infrastructure Support: remote support for regional offices, periodic mission travel for onsite support, backup coverage for Riyadh hub.
IT Asset and Inventory Management: maintain asset register, coordinate procurement and lifecycle management, ensure license compliance.
IT Security and Compliance: enforce endpoint security, monitor security events, ensure data protection policies compliance.
Service Management: log, track, and manage IT incidents with ITSM, escalate and document resolutions, maintain technical docs.
Dashboards and Data Reporting for GCC Operations: design and maintain dashboards for portfolio monitoring, deliverables, and budget oversight.
Workflow Automation: build workflows using Power Automate, create apps with Power Apps, explore AI-driven process improvements.
