HRInvest is seeking a junior Architect/Interior Designer in Kuwait to support the design team from concept through documentation. You will prepare design details, revisions, and documentation, coordinating with drafting and site teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and project requirements.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design, a strong portfolio, and early-career experience in related fields, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.
To support the design team in developing architectural and interior design elements from concept through documentation while working within an established design direction. The role involves preparing design details, revisions, and documentation, coordinating with drafting and site teams, supporting larger projects under the guidance of senior architects, and contributing to the delivery of design solutions that align with brand standards and project requirements.
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design
- Early-career experience in architecture, interior design, or related fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design ability and attention to detail
- Experience supporting design development, detailing, and documentation activities
