About The Role

To support construction, fit-out, and renovation projects by coordinating architectural drawings with on-site execution and ensuring all works are delivered in line with approved designs, details, and specifications. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, consultants, and contractors, providing day-to-day architectural support, addressing site-related queries, and maintaining the integrity of the approved design intent through effective coordination, documentation, and site presence.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural roles with strong site exposure, operating at a senior/design-lead level
• Demonstrated individual design ownership on boutique or interior-focused projects, with a portfolio reflecting personal authorship rather than large-scale institutional delivery
• Hands-on experience supporting construction or fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings
• Comfortable working between site and office environments
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and solution-focused working style
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or commercial projects is an advantage
