Job summary
CANAR Holding is seeking an IT Manager to lead and continuously improve the Company's IT function, covering IFS, Infrastructure, Networks, AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity and IT Support. You will ensure the delivery of secure, reliable and cost-effective IT services that support business operations and strategic objectives.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant IT experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience developing IT strategy, roadmap and governance.
- Experience with IFS, AWS, Azure and cybersecurity is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Company's IT strategy, roadmap and annual IT plan.
- Lead and manage all IT functions including IFS, Infrastructure, Networks, AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity, Business Applications and IT Support.
- Ensure availability, reliability, security and performance of key IT systems.
- Establish KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Lead IT projects and digital transformation initiatives within scope, budget and quality.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and value.
