Job summary

Client of Hudson Manpower is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage Dynamics 365 implementation, oversee IT strategy, and drive high‑availability infrastructure across the organization. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, 5–7 years in IT management, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and ERP/CRM integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT management or similar role.
• Comprehensive experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and support.
• Proven track record delivering IT projects from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of networks, systems administration, and IT security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure for high availability, security, and performance.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth.
• Lead IT team, manage budget, and oversee upgrades, migrations and projects.
• Collaborate with department heads to translate needs into Dynamics 365 roadmap.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and perform fit-to-standard/gap analyses.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules, customize workflows, and publish configurations.
• Maintain RTM data, coordinate with consultants, developers, and testers.
• Facilitate UAT, develop training materials, and provide ongoing support.
