Job summary

Hudson IT and Manpower is seeking an experienced IT Manager with deep Dynamics 365 expertise to design, implement, and govern IT programs from scratch in Kuwait.

You will lead a team, coordinate across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR, and drive enterprise-wide projects, security, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of IT management experience.
• Extensive Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and support.
• Proven experience delivering software solutions and IT projects from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of network management, systems administration, and IT security.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

• Configure Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, and related modules; customize and publish workflows and forms.
• Maintain RTM data mapping and Azure DevOps items in coordination with heads and engineers.
• Coordinate with consultants, developers, and testers to meet milestones; facilitate UAT.
• Develop training materials and provide knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
• Serve as the main link between business departments and technical teams.
• Build software programs and IT projects from scratch through lifecycle stages.

Job description

We are looking for Candidates who has comprehensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the ability to design, develop, and implement software programs and IT projects from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

• Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures that support business growth.

• Lead and develop the IT team, manage the IT budget, and oversee system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.

• Collaborate with department heads, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources, to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements aligned with the Dynamics 365 implementation roadmap.

• Conduct workshops and observation sessions to gather detailed requirements based on approved processes and procedures.

• Perform fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses against Dynamics 365’s standard capabilities.

• Recommend and implement improvements to business workflows and the use of Dynamics 365 functionalities.

• Configure Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Engagement (CE), Finance and Operations (F&O), and related modules.

• Customize and publish workflows, business processes, forms, and configurations according to business needs.

• Maintain daily updates to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), including data mapping, implementation progress, and Azure DevOps work items, in coordination with department heads and the Senior Business Application Engineer.

• Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and testers to meet project milestones and deadlines.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal stakeholders.

• Develop training materials and knowledge base articles, conduct training, and provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer.

• Serve as the main link between business departments and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.

• Build software programs and IT projects from scratch, covering requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with applicable requirements and industry standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.

• Comprehensive experience in Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and support.

• Proven experience developing software solutions and delivering IT projects from scratch.

• Strong knowledge of network management, systems administration, and IT security.

• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or relevant Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, or VMware certifications.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Experience managing ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
