Job summary

Advanced Search in Kuwait is seeking an IT Lead - PMO to ensure that all Digital portfolio projects are managed and delivered effectively. You will lead complex initiatives with cross-functional teams and external partners, requiring strong communication and strategic thinking.

The role demands hands-on experience in software development, PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent, and a proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across business and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or other PM certification preferred.
• Hands-on software development experience with large-scale systems.
• 5+ years leading complex, product-oriented technology projects.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana or similar PM tools.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.
• Strong planning and estimation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Vendor management with external partners.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans, set priorities, allocate resources, and report progress.
• Coordinate the full software development and deployment lifecycle.
• Drive projects from initiation to successful delivery with analytical focus.
• Provide team direction, motivate, give feedback, and recognize strengths.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams across all levels of the company.
• Partner with product management to deliver large-scale projects on time.
