Job summary

Alghanim Industries in Kuwait City seeks an IT Lead - PMO to ensure projects in the Digital portfolio are managed and delivered effectively. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination across business and IT teams.

You will work with product management, vendors, and delivery partners, driving initiatives from initiation to completion, with data-driven decision making and robust planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or other recognized PM certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex, product-oriented technology projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage large technical projects, define plans, set priorities, manage resources and report on progress and results.
• Provide day-to-day planning, coordination across the software development and deployment life cycle.
• Own projects from initiation to successful delivery with a solution-focused approach.
• Provide direction and feedback to the project team, motivate and recognize strengths.
• Collaborate with multiple business and technology teams and interact at all levels of the company.
• Work with product management to ensure large scale projects are delivered on time and to expectations.
