Job summary

Angel Gulf Jobs is seeking an IT Hardware Engineer in Kuwait to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware. You will diagnose hardware issues, perform upgrades, and ensure reliable operation of networked devices.

You will provide user support, maintain equipment inventories, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and parts, applying strong problem solving and teamwork skills to keep systems running smoothly

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an IT Hardware Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Willingness to work in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, network and peripheral-related issues.
• Perform hardware upgrades, replacements and preventive maintenance.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers and required software.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi and basic network connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.

Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an IT Hardware Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and basic networking. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and technical issues independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in Kuwait.
