Job summary

Tanqeeb in Kuwait seeks a Senior Industrial Projects Specialist to lead end-to-end logistics for large-scale projects. You will manage tendering, planning, fleet routing, risk mitigation, and HSSE compliance across multimodal transport.

You will coordinate with chartering, engineering, finance, and country operations, supervise field teams, optimize costs, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in multimodal project logistics and heavy-lift operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project P&L.
• Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, HSSE frameworks, and transport engineering principles.
• Proficiency with logistics ERP systems such as SAP or CargoWise.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics from tender stage through execution and project close-out.
• Lead project planning, including route studies, feasibility assessments, transport engineering, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation prepared by operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor critical project milestones and intervene to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Oversee relationships with carriers, vendors, and subcontractors; approve major procurement decisions.
