Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced Industrial Projects Specialist to oversee end-to-end logistics for large-scale projects in Kuwait. You will lead planning, risk management, and coordination with cross-functional teams including engineering, HSSE, and operations to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

The role requires strong commercial sense, P&L oversight, and mastery of Incoterms and ERP systems such as SAP or CargoWise.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in multimodal project logistics and heavy-lift operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project P&L.
• Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, HSSE frameworks, and transport engineering.
• Proficiency with logistics ERP systems (SAP, CargoWise, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics from tender through close-out.
• Lead project planning, route studies, transport engineering, and risk mitigation.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation.
• Monitor milestones and resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with chartering, engineering, HSSE, finance, and country operations teams.
