Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is required.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with shipping, inventory management and ERP systems is expected.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, is required.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed shipment plans according to client needs and budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when needed.
• Analyze stock movement data and generate trend reports.
• Track shipments using transportation management systems (TMS).
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations including customs processes.
