Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Manage and document employee disciplinary actions per policies and regulations.
• Monitor attendance, leaves and employee-related data.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide data-driven insights.
• Assist employees with HR inquiries and requests.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented.
• Coordinate with departments on employee-related matters.

Nasoft is hiring an HR Generalist on behalf of one of our clients, a leading e-commerce brand in Kuwait.

We are looking for an HR professional who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, employee disciplinary actions, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
• Manage and document employee disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee-related data.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide accurate employee data and insights to management.
• Support employees with HR-related inquiries and requests.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

• Previous experience in Kuwait or the GCC is highly preferred.
