Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced personal/household chef in Kuwait (Mubarak Al-Kabeer) to plan weekly menus, prepare meals from scratch, manage kitchen operations, and uphold strict hygiene.

The role requires 7–10 years in private cooking, fluency in English, and training in cooking, grilling or kitchen management. This position is on-site in Kuwait and offers an opportunity to lead a private kitchen.

Competenze

• Secondary or university graduation.
• Courses in cooking, grilling, or kitchen management preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience as a personal or household chef.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Plan weekly menus according to family preferences and nutritional goals.
• Prepare grocery lists and manage food inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operation with zero waste.
• Cook all meals daily, ensuring correct portion sizes and healthy preparation methods.

• Prepare all items from scratch - including marinades, sauces, and main dishes - with no use of processed foods.
• Specialize in healthy cooking, grilling, and Mediterranean/Lebanese cuisine.
