Job summary

BrightPath Engineering in Bayan, Kuwait is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen operations, develop menus showcasing local ingredients and Mediterranean flavors, and deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise and mentor kitchen staff, manage inventory, ensure safety and sanitation, and maintain cleanliness. Salary is $900 per month negotiable based on experience; residence permit sponsorship is available for non-Kuwaiti candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Mediterranean flavors.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
