Job description

As a Head Therapist at Hilton, you will manage the beauty therapist team and carry out treatments to provide guests and members with an excellent experience. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and handling customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and carry out procedures while ensuring all beauty therapists possess up-to-date knowledge of treatments in line with current legislation and company standards.
• Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.
• Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management.
• Ensure the team works toward and achieves sales targets as outlined by the Club Manager and that sales are recorded accurately.
• Ensure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients and guests.
• Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated for long‑term improvements.
• Comply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations.
