Assistant Room Service Manager

As Assistant Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing room service operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also manage, train, and develop team members while optimizing sales and controlling costs.

• Provide effective leadership to the Room Service teams to meet and exceed targets for both the hotel and individual development.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Identify trends and propose ideas to enhance the range and quality of Food and Beverage.
• Optimize sales and contain costs, identifying areas for action.
• Set achievable budgets and short‑ and long‑term functional goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Training and Development department to ensure teams at all levels receive structured training.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and compliance with hotel/company policies and procedures.
