DHL Express Kuwait is seeking an experienced Country Operations Director to lead national facilities and teams, ensure service quality, cost targets, and customer satisfaction. This role requires overseeing customs clearance, security, and facility expansion, while aligning with regional and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level preferred.
• 6-8 years of operations experience.
• Experience managing large teams of 100+ people.
• Knowledge of Service Theory, ISO, and TAPA.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct accountability for service performance and operational costs.
• Maintain Gateway status and security compliance in country.
• Plan and manage facilities and fleet, including 200+ vehicles.
• Support sales acquisition and customer relationship from Operations.
• Monitor transit times and take actions to meet targets.
• Ensure ISO 9001/14001/18001 compliance and quality programs.
• Lead country management team and align with regional projects.
