HUDSON is seeking an experienced Head Chef - Pastry for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The role requires strong leadership in pastry and bakery operations, with extensive hands-on knowledge of desserts, breads and cakes, plus menu planning and cost management.

The candidate should have 8–10 years in pastry, including 3–5 years in senior leadership, a hospitality degree, and a willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in pastry and bakery, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or hotels preferred.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead pastry and bakery operations with a hands-on approach.
• Oversee menu planning, recipe development, and quality control.
• Manage costs and optimize waste for profitability.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and team development.
• Willing to relocate to Kuwait and manage a pastry team.

We are hiring experienced Head Chef - Pastry for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Head Pastry Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, or equivalent senior pastry/bakery professional.

• Strong professional experience exclusively or predominantly in pastry and bakery operations.

• Extensive hands‑on knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, desserts, cakes, breads, and bakery products.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in menu planning, recipe development, quality control, and cost management.

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Salary: KD 875 Basic + KD 25 (FA)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management

• Minimum 8-10 years of overall professional experience in Pastry & Bakery, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role such as Head Pastry Chef or Executive Pastry Chef, preferably in a reputed restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality establishment.

• Age: Below 40 years
