Job summary

Work standard in Kuwait seeks a Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry department, design menus, manage inventory and guide a skilled team to deliver high-quality desserts, pastries, and breads.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a high-volume kitchen, a proven record of menu innovation, and strong leadership with a focus on food safety. English fluency is required; Malayalee speakers are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Proven track record of creating innovative pastry menus.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.

Head Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department, including menu creation, ordering supplies, and leading a team of pastry chefs.

Requirements
