Job summary

We are hiring an experienced Head Pastry Chef for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The role focuses on leadership of the pastry/bakery operations, menu development, and ensuring top quality and HACCP compliance.

Ideal candidate has 8–10 years in pastry with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership position, and willingness to relocate to Kuwait. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hotel or hospitality management.
• Minimum 8–10 years in pastry/bakery, with 3–5 in leadership.
• Experience in luxury or premium hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pastry and bakery operations, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Lead and mentor the pastry team; manage menu planning and costing.
• Ensure food safety and HACCP compliance across the pastry department.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on recipes and specials.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Head Chef Head Pastry Chef Executive Pastry Chef or equivalent senior pastry bakery professional
• Strong professional experience exclusively or predominantly in pastry and bakery operations
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of pastry production baking techniques desserts cakes breads and bakery products
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Experience in menu planning recipe development quality control and cost management
• Strong understanding of food safety hygiene and HACCP standards
• Good communication organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait

Job requirements

• Diploma Degree in Hotel Management Hospitality Management
• Minimum 8 10 years of overall professional experience in Pastry amp Bakery including at least 3 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Head Pastry Chef or Executive Pastry Chef preferably in a reputed restaurant luxury hotel or premium hospitality establishment
