The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in pastry leadership, strong HACCP knowledge, and a track record of menu development and cost control. Relocation to Kuwait is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management.
• 8–10 years in Pastry & Bakery with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Age: Below 40 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead pastry/bakery operations at a senior level.
• Oversee pastry production, desserts, breads and bakery products.
• Plan menus, develop recipes, ensure quality control.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Coach and manage the pastry team and chefs.
• Assist in cost management and budgeting for pastry operations.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to drive culinary excellence.
