Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, decorating techniques and flavor profiles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail with an eye for presentation and plating aesthetics.
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
