Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as a professional chef or related position.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regional cuisine.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for food with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, supervise, and inspire the culinary team.
• Manage all kitchen operations including menu development, staffing, food ordering, food preparation, storage and presentation.
• Manage all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen area.
