Qualifications

• Proven experience as executive chef or sous chef in a high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Excellent leadership with passion, enthusiasm and consistency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to learn even with no prior experience.
