Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chef role in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and health codes.
• Strong understanding of modern cuisine techniques and ingredients.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail in presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop recipes and menus according to customer preferences
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen
• Supervise kitchen staff and train new employees
• Source quality ingredients for recipes
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes
• Provide guidance to junior chefs on menu creation, food preparation, and presentation
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies accordingly
