We are hiring a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Hawalli. As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes and other desserts. You will also be responsible for creating new recipes and maintaining the quality of our baked goods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to established recipes
• Ensure all products are of high quality and meet our standards
• Create new recipes based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train new bakers on baking techniques and safety procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the bakery

Requirements
