Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a positive first impression.
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations as needed.
• Serve food, beverages and desserts promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth service.
• Process bills and payments following company procedures.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
