Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a guest-focused hotel service professional in Kuwait. You will support Food & Beverage operations, help with mise-en-place, and assist with mini-bar and cellar tasks while upholding high hygiene standards.

You should have at least two years in hotel or restaurant roles, demonstrated teamwork, presentable appearance, and excellent English communication. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and adherence to hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Preferably with a University degree
• At least two years in Hotel & Restaurants capacity
• Excellent English skill, both oral and written
• Presentable and a team player

Responsibilities

• Mise-en Place and Food Preparation
• Assist with receiving and storage of goods
• Clean and maintain equipment and premises
• Maintain hygienic standards and procedures
• Assist with cellar operations
• Mini Bar duties including: filling, checking, and replacement of stock
• Recording of replacement of stock
• Billing procedures in line with hotel policy
• Ordering of mini-bar items
• Storing of mini-bar items
• Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations and provisions contained in the Employment Handbook
• Comply with Company Grooming Standards
• Assisting with table preparation
