Kuwait Jobs in Kuwait City is seeking a Marketing Staff for Basraa delivery services to promote our platform, attract new business clients, develop merchant relationships, and support the company's growth in Kuwait.

You will identify potential clients, generate leads, arrange meetings, and help execute campaigns while maintaining accurate records and reporting. English is required; Arabic is a plus; 1–2 years in Marketing or Sales preferred; Kuwait residency preferred.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify potential customers and develop relationships.
• Basic Excel, email, and reporting skills.
• Good English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in delivery, logistics, restaurant, or retail is an advantage.
• Candidates residing in Kuwait are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote Basraa delivery services.
• Generate new business leads via market research, calls, emails, and visits.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients to present services and proposals.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into partnerships.
• Build and maintain merchant relationships.
• Explain services, pricing, and processes to clients.
• Coordinate with Operations to onboard new merchants.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintain records of interactions, meetings, and activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly marketing performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities.
• Work toward marketing targets and customer acquisition goals.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
