Job summary

Basraa.app is seeking a responsible Operations Staff member in Kuwait City to support daily delivery operations and coordinate between customers, drivers, merchants, and the internal team.

You will monitor orders, assign drivers, track deliveries, handle inquiries, and prepare daily reports while maintaining accurate records and complying with company procedures. This role requires good English, basic Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Delivery, or related field.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily delivery orders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign and follow up with drivers for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track deliveries and resolve delays promptly.
• Communicate with customers, merchants, drivers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and driver activities.

Job Description

Basraa is looking for a responsible and energetic Operations Staff member to support our daily delivery operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, drivers, merchants, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily delivery orders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign and follow up with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders.
• Track ongoing deliveries and resolve operational delays or issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, merchants, drivers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, driver activities, and daily operational updates.
• Prepare daily operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle customer and merchant inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support the onboarding, coordination, and management of merchants and delivery drivers.
• Assist management in improving operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Be willing to undertake any additional assignments, duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time, based on operational and business requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Delivery, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.

Working Hours

• 10 hours per day, including break.
• Friday – Weekly Off.
• Working schedules may vary depending on operational requirements.

Salary Range

KWD 250–350 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
