Alghanim Industries in Kuwait seeks a Trade Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team and drive growth across channels, aligning with ambitious targets in volume and value.

You will design promotions, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales to strengthen distribution, pricing, and merchandising for all categories.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/marketing, 6+ years FMCG, and strong leadership in English; Arabic is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in sales or marketing within FMCG.
• In-depth knowledge of Kuwait market and business operations.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proven leadership and strong communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus.

• Lead and direct daily operations of the marketing team, setting clear roles and objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
• Integrate sales insights into marketing activities for coherent execution and impact.

• Design and implement trade and consumer promotions to enhance distribution and consumer engagement.
• Analyze market trends using retail audits and consumer data to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop comprehensive key account plans with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with major customers to align delivery with account objectives.
• Manage the Monthly Activity Cycle Meetings to ensure effective communication of marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate annual and monthly budgeting for A&P expenditures in alignment with business targets.
