Mohamed Naser Al–Hajery & Sons is seeking a Marketing Strategy and Brand Development leader in Kuwait to oversee FMCG brand management, craft strategies, and drive execution that positions the brands as trusted, high‑quality, and convenient choices.

You will manage budgets, merchandising plans, promotions, and product availability, collaborating with hypermarkets, cooperatives, and other channels to optimize placement and overall brand performance in the market.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG brand management and market activation.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual brand plans with goals and financial targets.
• Maintain brand identities and ensure consistent in-store presentation.
• Lead promotions, planograms, and merchandising across channels.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on market feedback.
